Clean room and friendly staff

Our stay was good. I wish that we could turn the radiator off in our room because it was stifling even with the windows open.

I am really glad that I was able to book my stay here, just lamenting that it was only for one night. The staff were great and my room was beautiful. I was pleasantly surprised because I booked this on a whim wanting to visit Donegal and really didn't know much about this location. I would definitely recommend it, and will be returning on my next visit to Ireland.

Our hosts Elspeth and Drew Vaughan were amazing. Very welcoming and informative. Some of the most pleasant and adorable hosts I’ve ever had. The area and hut were very clean and comfortable. They provided history and information about the area. Just wonderful. If I’m ever able to return to Ireland, I would definitely choose to stay here.

Perfect location for several nights as homebase for sightseeing daytrips. Cozy and great amenities, although 6 adults might be tight; 4 was comfortable (we used third bedroom for our luggage). Beautiful, tranquil setting. Plenty of bath and kitchen towels; plenty of cookware and utensils; plenty of refrigerator space; easy check-in and operation instructions. Notes: 1) Listed as 2 bathrooms on Expedia, but to clarify, it is 1 toilet room w/sink, 1 shower room w/sink; 2) Some complimentary items (tea/coffee, shampoo/bodywash, toilet paper), but it is self-catering, so plan accordingly based on length of your stay). Great visit.
